 I am a bit behind on updating.  I have written a Niagara post 3 times. and 3 times the post vanished when I hit publish.  Obviously my phone app is being cranky, so for now I'm going to upload some pics from my computer and maybe I'll come back to update the writing later :-b

NIAGARA FALLS STATE PARK

        it blows my mind that Niagara falls is a state park. it is not only the most volume of water in the universe, (because no other planets have water) but it is also a huge icky, sticky tourist trap. i went to Niagara falls and i took some cool videos. check it out bellow :)

School Days

When we started this adventure, we knew that the most challenging aspect would be having the kids successfully navigate virtual school on the road.  One week in, and I think we are figuring this thing out :-)

Last Tuesday was the first day of school.  I made sure to pack our first day chalkboards so we could do our traditional first day of school pictures 📸

Overall, the first week went well.  Daddy usually leaves the RV in the morning and goes to find a park or something to sit and take his calls.  Zach commands the front passenger desk and uses the RVs internet, and Sarah takes over the dining room table and uses a hotspot on my phone to connect.  We had a few hiccups with internet connection, but it seemed like so did people logging in from home, so we are all learning together :-) 

The best part about "roadschooling" is that when we are done school for the day (between 11:45 and 2 most days) we have lots of things to explore!  One day we went to Cuyahoga National Park after school.  Another day we went fishing (and Sarah caught 12 fish!!!) .  We even used the campground playground and jumping pillow go take breaks between video calls.  

Today starts week 2, and the kids are like old pros already!
